Here you will find a breakdown of our cancellation policy:
- Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee and we will transfer the deposit back.
- The reservation can be canceled against the deposit which you have already paid up to 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
- We reserve 100% of the total price as a cancellation fee within 2 weeks.

Tolle Gastgeber, toll eingerichtetes Apartment, gratis Eintritt in die Tauern Spa: Einfach alles klasse! Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Zufahrtstraße nach Kaprun, was aber keineswegs störend war (zumal abends eh so gut wie kein Verkehr ist und auch die Fenster super abgedichtet sind). Beim Thema Sauberkeit kann sich so manches Top-Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden. Ein toller Aufenthalt!
