Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
UP TO 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL DAY
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to one month before the arrival date. We will refund the deposit.
UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DAY
The reservation can be cancelled up to two weeks before the arrival date, subject to the deposit already paid.
WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL DAY
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.

How can I make my down payment?
You can conveniently make your deposit in advance via bank transfer. You will find all account details on your booking confirmation.
Which cards can I use to pay?
You cannot pay by card with us. We only accept cash payments or bank transfers.
How can I purchase travel insurance?
You can purchase travel cancellation insurance when making your reservation. Insurance cannot be purchased afterwards. You must cancel your booking. Please refer to the applicable cancellation policy.
How can I pay the remaining balance?
You can pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival or in advance by bank transfer.
Is the Zell am See - Kaprun Card included?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the Zell am See – Kaprun Card. However, you will receive other discounts from us, as well as included admission to the Tauern SPA Kaprun.
