We promise you fair prices for your stay in our apartments.

Secure your apartment for your summer or winter holiday in the Zell am See – Kaprun / Piesendorf region, right in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday area. In summer, the FunCard+ opens up countless possibilities for activities in the region. It is valid from May to October and is included in the apartment price. Admission to the Tauern SPA Kaprun is also included in the price for the duration of your stay and is an absolute highlight.

Travelling with an electric car? No problem – there is a charging station for you right in front of the house. In high season, we rent our apartments from Saturday to Saturday only, and in low season a minimum stay of 3 nights applies. We’re sure to have something that suits you perfectly!

On 45 square metres, our 3 compact apartments offer everything you need for a small family or a break for two. It’s the ideal retreat for couples or families who don’t need a huge space, but are looking for a truly cosy place to feel good. There is plenty of room here to arrive, unwind and enjoy time together.

Spacious apartment

3 to 6 people with terrace or balcony | approx. 63 m²

With 63 square metres, our 4 spacious apartments offer everything a family needs. With two bedrooms and a generous living area, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. On top of that, there’s a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn.

Generous apartment

4 to 8 people with terrace | approx. 85 m²

On 85 square metres, our largest apartment offers everything big families – and even several families travelling together – could need. Views of the Kitzsteinhorn or the Maiskogel make your stay a real experience. Perfect for families looking for comfort and plenty of space to relax.

You’d like to know what benefits you get? At the very top of the list is of course the included admission to the Tauern SPA Kaprun. But there’s even more.

The apartments are ready for check-in from around 4:00 p.m. and must be left broom-clean by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Free Wifi in the whole house.

Pets are very welcome on request in our ground-floor apartments for an additional fee.

Only available from Saturday to Saturday.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Installed directly in our car park: two charging points are available so our guests can easily charge their electric cars.
Billing is handled directly via your credit card.

There are plenty of parking spaces available directly in front of our house.

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. You can smoke outside of the apartement.

Basement storage for skis and bikes for your equipment – including a heated ski boot rack.
